Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and engagement. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting customized solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing market trends and continuously improving sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand MELCO's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and workplace safety solutions is an advantage
  • Proficient in market research, strategic planning, and sales management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Saudi market dynamics and an understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 is a plus
