Speakerbox is a global creative agency with headquarters in Manjeri and branches across the Middle East. We specialize in storytelling, digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce acceleration. Our KSA office is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Speakerbox in the Saudi market. You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, presenting our creative and digital solutions to potential clients and closing deals with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads across KSA to drive agency revenue.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored creative, marketing, and e-commerce solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Social Media, ECOM RUSH) to develop proposals and quotations.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reporting.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in industry events, networking gatherings, and market research to stay updated on trends.
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous follow-up and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, creative agencies, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Presentable, confident, and skilled at closing deals.
- Understanding of the Saudi market and business culture.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
