Summary:

Supporting the sales team by coordinating daily operations, following up on orders, preparing documents, and ensuring client requirements are fulfilled efficiently and with high quality. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and works in continuous collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

●Coordinate and maintain continuous communication with clients in collaboration with the sales team.

● Prepare documents, presentations, and files required for meetings and contracts in coordination with relevant departments.

●    Follow up on daily client orders and operations, ensuring timely execution.

●   Assist in providing clear and simplified explanations of products and services in coordination with the sales team.

● Receive client inquiries and complaints, and escalate them to relevant departments for prompt resolution.

●  Prepare regular reports on work progress, orders, and client feedback, and submit them to the direct manager.

●  Follow up on account collections and invoices in coordination with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments.

●   Contribute to the development and improvement of workflows related to account servicing.

● Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, PMO, and other related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

●     Comply with the company's internal policies and procedures.

Academic certificates and required experience:

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

●  0 to 3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or sales.

●  Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.

●  Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
