Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Riyadh. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, support the sales team, coordinate customer inquiries, and ensure effective communication between departments. Responsibilities include preparing and processing sales documentation, maintaining customer records, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination and support within the sales function.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth workflow and effective handling of sales processes
  • Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and address inquiries in a timely manner
  • Exceptional Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to assist in strategy execution and achieving sales objectives
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools and other sales software is advantageous
