Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG, with at least 4 years in Trade Marketing/Category Development/Sales Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market data tools (Nielsen, Retail Audit, Shopper Insights).
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, trade spend management, and operational excellence.

Vacancy Description
Category & Channel Development:

  • Develop and implement category growth strategies aligned with FrieslandCampina's brands objectives.
  • Analyze category trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Translate brand strategies into tailored channel execution plans for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-Commerce, and Foodservice.
  • Drive category visibility, assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies across all trade channels.

Data Analytics

  • Manage data collection, harmonization, and reporting from multiple sources (Nielsen, SAP, Power BI, distributor data, trade panels).
  • Develop and automate dashboards to track sales performance, market share, pricing, and promotional ROI.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular business reviews to management with actionable recommendations.

Team Details
Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Act as the key link between commercial strategy and field execution.
  • Partner with distributors/retailers to drive joint business planning and category growth.
