About the Role

We're hiring an experienced HR Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our workforce in Saudi Arabia.

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day execution of HR operations — from crew changes and payroll readiness to compliance, reporting, and data governance — while also shaping service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics that keep our HR function running with precision.

You will serve as the link between HR Operations, Finance, and Field Management — ensuring every process runs on time, every headcount is accounted for, and every transaction meets compliance and client (e.g., Aramco) expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Daily HR Operations
    : Oversee workforce logistics, crew rotations, travel,
    onboarding/offboarding,
    and payroll readiness across rigs and projects.

  • Establish Service Excellence Standards
    : Develop and implement SLAs, KPIs, and process scorecards to measure HR service delivery and team performance.

  • Govern HR Systems & Data Accuracy
    : Maintain alignment between Workday, SAP, and operational reports to ensure real-time accuracy and compliance readiness.

  • Drive Process Improvement
    : Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to simplify workflows, automate reporting, and improve turnaround time.

  • Manage Change & Transactions
    : Oversee transfers, promotions, terminations, and entity transitions, ensuring proper documentation and risk control.

  • Support Workforce Planning
    : Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to forecast manpower, track crew coverage, and monitor Saudization ratios.

  • Lead Compliance & Audit Readiness
    : Ensure all Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Labor Law actions are executed on time and maintain auditable records.

  • Mentor & Guide Team Members
    : Provide technical direction and coaching to HR Coordinators and Officers to build consistency and service quality.

  • Report & Analyze
    : Prepare monthly dashboards on headcount, POB accuracy, payroll compliance, and HR performance metrics for management review.

What You Bring

Experience
: Minimum 10+ years in HR Operations, workforce logistics, or HR service delivery — preferably in oilfield, drilling, or heavy industry.

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Systems Expertise
: Advanced user of SAP HR and/or Workday, with strong command of Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliation).

Operational Governance Skills
: Proven ability to build SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and service delivery dashboards.

Regulatory Knowledge
: Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and audit processes.

Communication & Leadership
: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence, coach, and coordinate across departments.

Mindset
: Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
