We are hiring As ITBuilders continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Riyadh.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger (GL).
  • Perform daily accounting entries and conduct regular bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review journal entries to ensure a timely and accurate month-end closing process.

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
  • Proactively follow up on collections, manage aging reports, and escalate overdue accounts.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management:

Process vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders, and prepare payments.

Conduct supplier reconciliations and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Compliance & Reporting (ZATCA):

  • Prepare data for VAT returns and ensure the accuracy of input/output VAT.
  • Support compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing and other Saudi financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets) for monthly and annual closing.
  • Support the annual financial audit by preparing necessary documentation.

ERP & Systems:

  • Work extensively within our ERP system, ensuring all financial data is entered accurately and on time.
  • Validate transactions across different business modules and support finance automation initiatives.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in the IT, technology services, or a project-based industry.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, especially VAT, zakat, and ZATCA compliance.
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
