SWOT Hospitality is looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant Mykorini Greek Cuisine in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and to ensure a smooth flow. Also, to create and maintain a positive restaurant culture. Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Collaboration with the Chef for menu development
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Organize and supervising daily shift operations.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Engage with the customers and keep customers happy.
• Coordinate with the whole restaurant team and handle team conflicts.
• Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
• Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.Report:
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports and keeping statistical and financial records.
• Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the General Manager.
