Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Jiddah. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and meeting financial goals. Additional responsibilities include training employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing restaurant operations and supervising staff
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial oversight
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
