Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Sales Manager (B2B). The Sales Manager will oversee and manage client acquisition and relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth within the B2B translation services sector. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, building partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, lead generation, and account management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close B2B opportunities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Familiarity with translation services or language industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
