Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales operations and documentation related to SEC projects and tenders.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals according to SEC requirements.
  • Monitor the status of bids and purchase orders through the SEC portal and other customer communication channels.
  • Follow up with the internal departments (engineering, production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain an organized database of tenders, quotations, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in tracking project progress and preparing sales performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with finance to follow up on payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably dealing with SEC or government clients.
  • Good understanding of SEC tender procedures and vendor registration systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
