is seeking a
Procurement Assistant
to join its team at
Care Exhibition in Riyadh
. The selected candidate will support procurement operations, supplier coordination, inventory management, and marketing activities within the exhibition.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit price quotations.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers.
- Identify required items based on exhibition needs.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing the exhibition and supervising in-store promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and stock movement.
- Develop plans to activate slow-moving items.
- Track trending products and ensure timely availability.
- Support and supervise marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Control and manage exhibition inventory.
- Handle supplier returns and coordinate return processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or medical supplies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment, accuracy, and ability to work in a structured environment.
