We are seeking a qualified
Site Engineer
to join our project team and oversee on-site activities, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute Fit-out activities on site in line with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with the project manager in addition to the consultant, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality requirements, safety regulations, and HSE standards.
  • Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method of statements.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
  • Ensure proper implementation of project schedules and achievement of milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction / Fit out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction / Fit out methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Approved from RSG or NEOM is Preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents accurately.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
  • Experience in KSA construction / Fit out projects is preferred.
  • Arabic and English languages are a must.
