We are urgently looking for an experienced
Health & Safety Training Manager
or
Safety Cluster Manager
to join a major international project in
Saudi Arabia
.

This role requires
immediate joining
, with an
initial 3-month contract
and a
strong possibility of extension until March 1, 2027
.

Priority:

Saudi talents only
, or candidates with a valid Saudi residency/Iqama.

Visa sponsorship is not available.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all health & safety activities within assigned zones/clusters.
  • Deliver HSE training programs, safety briefings, and competency assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE legislation and international safety standards.
  • Oversee safety performance across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and incident reviews with clear follow-up actions.
  • Maintain all HSE documentation, reporting, and regulatory records.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across the project.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HSE management, cluster/zone supervision, or HSE training.
  • event experience is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of KSA regulations and global HSE best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Immediate availability is required.
