We are seeking a
strategic and delivery-driven leader
to head the company's internal Change team, overseeing the delivery of complex technical projects while managing organizational change initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for requirements gathering, vendor/product onboarding, bespoke development, and solution deployment (on-premises and cloud).

This role requires a strong balance of
technical expertise, leadership acumen, and change management experience
. You will drive project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead the organization through technology-driven transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategic delivery plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Manage resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and address gaps.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet quality assurance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.

Change Management

  • Design and implement change management strategies for technology adoption.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate vision, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Oversee training, communications, and support activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success of change initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Provide coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and foster a culture of innovation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Report progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party engagements to ensure contractual compliance and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • 10+ years
    in technical project and change management, including
    5+ years in leadership roles
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IT infrastructure
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    leading organizational change initiatives
    .
  • Experience within
    Financial Services or other regulated industries
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.,
    PMP, PMI-ACP, PROSCI, Agile/Scrum Master
    ).
  • Experience managing
    cross-functional and distributed teams
    .
