Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Riyadh- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from job intake to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for all candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking within Riyadh and the GCC market.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings using SEO-friendly content to maximize visibility and attract high-quality, diverse applicants.
- Screening & Selection: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against Nice one's requirements and cultural values, ensuring a fair, unbiased selection process.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and HR to strengthen Nice one's employer brand and promote an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market insights, and process improvements for Riyadh's competitive talent landscape.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes, measure hiring effectiveness, and support future workforce planning.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a gender-neutral, respectful approach in all hiring activities that values every candidate and supports Nice one's inclusive culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of2 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR discipline, ideally within Riyadh or GCC markets.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate fit for both technical and cultural needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and SEO best practices in job advertising.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools; experience with HR analytics is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; strong English skills are a significant advantage.
