Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales and marketing initiatives to promote the hotel's services and offerings. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, training sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring optimal customer service. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to achieve sales goals and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with diverse clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and develop market opportunities.
  • Experience in Training and leading teams to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans to maximize business potential.
  • Relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on achieving goals.
