Summary:
We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Lead to own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and drive adoption of our AI-powered Customer Experience Management (CXM) suite.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted — connecting Product, Sales, and Marketing to bring our vision to life. This is a role for a bilingual storyteller and data-driven operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, particularly in the B2B SaaS and AI landscape across the GCC.
What You'll Do
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead complex GTM campaigns:
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of launches across key products (OmniServe, Profiles, Luci) and customer segments (Enterprise, Government, SME). - Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG):
Partner with Product and Growth teams to shape pricing, packaging, and in-product experiences that accelerate activation, adoption, and expansion. - Empower Sales & Success:
Build an elite enablement toolkit — battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, demos, and competitive insights — ensuring every customer-facing team can confidently position our value and differentiation in the local market.
2. Positioning, Messaging & Content
- Craft bilingual messaging:
Create compelling, authentic, and locally resonant narratives in
English and high-quality Arabic
, ensuring our story connects with both enterprise and government audiences. - Leverage market insight:
Conduct deep customer, competitor, and market research to refine ICPs, shape buyer personas, and identify opportunities that feed back into the product roadmap. - Develop impactful assets:
Lead the creation of high-performing content — website copy, video scripts, data sheets, webinars, and blogs — that translate technical AI capabilities into tangible business value (ROI, cost savings, compliance).
3. Data-Driven Adoption & Optimisation
- Measure what matters:
Track and report on GTM success metrics — adoption, conversion, time-to-value, product stickiness — to optimize every campaign and customer journey. - Tool proficiency:
Use platforms such as
Pendo, Navattic, Segment, and Amplitude
to deliver insights, personalise onboarding, and analyse feature engagement. - Leverage AI daily:
Harness modern AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow optimisation to work faster, smarter, and with deeper insight.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience
in B2B SaaS, AI, MarTech, or CXM environments. - Proven success
in full-cycle GTM strategy, product positioning, and adoption-driving campaigns. - Based in or ready to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Native-level fluency
in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). Must be able to craft culturally aligned messaging in both languages. - Technical fluency:
Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes. - Data-driven mindset:
Deep understanding of PLG principles and hands-on experience with analytics tools like Pendo, Navattic, Segment, or Amplitude. - AI-first approach:
Proficient in using AI tools for market research, content generation, and process efficiency.
