The Opportunity
At Awaed, we are on a mission to simplify investment for everyone in the Kingdom. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of Technology, Brand, and Strategy.
We don't just need a marketer who manages spreadsheets; we need a storyteller who can take complex fintech features and translate them into a clear, compelling narrative. You will bridge the gap between our Business and Product teams and the market, ensuring that every launch, campaign, and piece of content feels premium, human, and effective.
If you have the discipline of a strategist, the mindset of a Creative Director, and a genuine love for technology—this is your role.
What You Will Do (The Mission)
● Own the Go-To-Market (GTM): You are the captain of our launches. You define the strategy, positioning, and messaging for new products, ensuring they land with impact in the Saudi market.
● Bring a "Creative Director" Mindset: While you aren't the designer, you drive the vision. You act as the guardian of quality, guiding copywriters and designers to ensure every asset—from a tweet to a video—looks world-class and on-brand.
● Master Agency Management: You will be the primary owner of our external agency relationships. You know how to write sharp briefs, manage timelines, and provide the kind of direct feedback that pushes creative work from "good" to "great."
● Strategic Social Media Leadership: You will define the strategy for our social presence. You understand how to dominate the conversation on Saudi social platforms, balancing financial credibility with viral engagement.
● Translate "Tech" to "Human": You will work intimately with the Product & UX teams to deeply understand our features, then translate those technical specs into simple, exciting benefits for the user.
● Growth & Data Fluency: You will work hand-in-hand with our Growth and Data teams. You speak their language—understanding concepts like CAC, funnels, and growth hacking—and you use that knowledge to build smarter, more effective marketing campaigns.
Who You Are (The Requirements)
● Saudi National: You have an intuitive understanding of the local culture, the Saudi investor mindset, and the digital landscape.
● The Experience: 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing, with a proven track record of launching digital products and leading creative strategies.
● Industry Expertise: Prior experience in Fintech or Financial Services is favorable. You understand the unique dynamics of the investment sector and the nuances of marketing regulated products.
● The Agency Edge: You have a background working inside a creative/marketing agency or have extensive experience managing them as a client. You know the agency language and workflows.
● Visual & Strategic: You think in visuals and headlines. You can look at a design and immediately know what needs to change to make it effective.
● Tech Enthusiast: You don't just work in tech; you love it. You follow the latest app trends, you appreciate good digital marketing, and you get excited about digital innovation.
● Commercial Awareness: You understand the business side of marketing. You are comfortable collaborating with data teams and understand how creative decisions impact growth metrics.
