About the Role
We are looking for a
Marketing & Events Coordinator
to support the marketing team by managing day-to-day marketing operations and coordinating the company's participation in major events and exhibitions. This is a
physical, onsite role in Riyadh
and requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Events Coordination
- Plan and coordinate participation in major events such as LEAP, Seamless, and relevant sector-specific conferences and webinars.
- Manage all event logistics including registrations, booth setup, branding materials, printing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with sales and channel teams before events to align on demo plans, lead capture, and follow-up strategy.
- Oversee on-ground execution during events to ensure smooth operations, brand consistency, and high-quality presentation.
- Track event leads, gather insights, and prepare post-event reports summarizing engagement, performance, and ROI.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and VP of Sales to refine event selection, participation strategy, and quarterly event planning.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain the overall marketing calendar, tracking content, campaigns, events, and deliverables.
- Coordinate marketing assets and timelines with design, motion graphics, and content teams; ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports covering leads, conversions, campaign performance, website traffic, and event outcomes.
- Organize and update marketing assets such as brochures, videos, presentations, case studies, and brand visuals.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed to support marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience
in marketing coordination, events management, or marketing operations. - Experience in a technology startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in
Arabic and English. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, project trackers, and CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
- Comfortable working onsite in Riyadh and coordinating with regional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating large-scale events or exhibitions.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and proactive approach.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during high-activity event cycles.
