Pre-Sales Software Development Specialist

Job Purpose:
To support the sales team by providing innovative software solutions to potential and existing clients through requirement analysis, designing technical proposals, and creating prototypes or demos that help demonstrate and convince clients of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients' technical and functional requirements.
- Provide technical advice to clients regarding software solutions and services.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations, prototypes, and technical solution diagrams.
2. Client Requirement Analysis
- Gather and analyze client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand existing product capabilities.
- Suggest feasible solutions tailored to the client's environment.
3. Solution Development & Demos
- Prepare use cases and prototypes to demonstrate products effectively.
- Develop scripts or tools required to support technical presentations.
- Work with software development teams to customize solutions according to client requests.
4. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, technical support, and development teams to ensure solutions align with company strategy.
- Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on client needs.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on the latest software and technology trends relevant to the company.
- Provide analytical insights on competitors and available solutions in the market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
. - 2–5 years
of experience in software development or pre-sales technical support. - Experience in programming languages such as
Java, C#, Python, JavaScript
, or relevant technologies used by the company. - Good knowledge of databases, cloud software, and application development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong presentation skills to demonstrate technical solutions and persuade clients.
