Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Chief Executive Officer (Saudi Nationals Only)
to lead and scale our franchise business initiatives. The CEO will be responsible for shaping the franchise strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals. Key responsibilities include driving franchise sales and growth, optimizing operational performance, leading cross-functional teams, and nurturing relationships with franchise partners and investors. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in franchise development, operations, or multi-unit management
  • Expertise in business planning, sales strategy, and operations management
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the Saudi and broader GCC economic landscape is a plus
