We Are Hiring – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | Riyadh, KSA

A dynamic Saudi energy start-up is seeking a commercially-driven CEO to lead the company through its next growth phase. The business is focused on industrial energy solutions and manufacturing and plans to expand into renewable energy solutions, including solar, hydrogen, and EV charging infrastructure.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an executive with strong commercial expertise in the EPC or energy sector, ideally with experience selling power generators, industrial equipment, or energy solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's overall growth, commercial, and operational strategy.
  • Drive sales, business development, and partnership opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Support expansion into manufacturing and future renewable energy projects.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team.
  • Manage investor and stakeholder relationships, providing strategic insights and performance reporting.
  • Ensure robust governance, financial controls, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in EPC, energy, or industrial equipment sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong commercial and business development track record, ideally with industrial energy solutions
  • Experience in high-growth companies, start-ups, or scaling businesses is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with operational, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to forge strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Compensation:
SAR 60,000 per month
plus highly lucrative performance-related bonuses
