About the Role

QTC is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts across all platforms. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in social media management, digital campaigns, and creative content, capable of building structured content plans aligned with business and growth objectives.

You will work closely with management and internal teams to strengthen QTC's digital presence and support lead generation and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and grow all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)


• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (organic & paid)


• Create and maintain monthly and quarterly content plans


• Lead creative content direction (copywriting, visuals, short videos, reels)


• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)


• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns


• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when needed


• Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity


• Stay up to date with digital trends and propose innovative campaign ideas

Requirements


• 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing for companies (in-house or agency)


• Strong hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts


• Solid experience with paid media platforms


• Strong understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling


• Ability to build structured and effective content calendars


• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Experience in corporate, sustainability, consulting, or B2B environments


• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing


• Experience working in Saudi or GCC markets


• Bilingual skills (English required, Arabic is a strong plus)
