Penspen are looking for Senior Pipeline Engineer (Offshore), the position is to be based in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Main Purpose Of Role
The Senior Pipeline Engineer (Offshore) may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. The Senior Pipeline Engineer (Offshore) shall be in charge of the following tasks.

Key Relationships
PMS Interface

  • The Senior Pipeline Engineer (Offshore) will report to the FEED/Technical Core Manager, if serving in the Core Technical team, or to the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer if serving within the PMT Teams. The Senior Pipeline Engineer (Offshore) will liaise with other discipline personnel in the Technical Core Team or PMT teams as appropriate to his area of service.
  • Client reporting interface shall be via the FEED/Technical Core Manager for Technical Core Team service, or via the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer for PMT service.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

  • At least Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Pipeline Engineering for major offshore Oil and Gas projects.
  • PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pipeline Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering with Special Studies in Pipeline Engineering.
