Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Implement operational analysis functions to ensure accuracy and fairness, produce and analyze business operation data, expose issues from the data side, and assist relevant departments in decision-making; 2. Implement supervisory functions, inspect and supervise the implementation and execution of national partners in terms of partner control strategies, behavioral norms, and compliance requirements, and govern them; provide problem analysis and feedback to iteratively improve the rationality of strategies and behavioral norms; focus on the implementation of labor control and hardware such as vehicle equipment by partners; at the execution and verification levels, help merchants and riders establish a sound ecosystem, safeguard riders' rights and interests from infringement, ensure the coverage of hardware such as vehicle equipment meets the standards, and enhance company performance metrics.

What We Need From You

  • Capable of building a quality control team from scratch, with a clear understanding and hands-on experience in institutional formulation and process standardization for quality control operations; prior relevant work experience is preferred; 2. Possess relevant work experience in supervision-related roles, with a strong sense of integrity and diligence, and prior experience in leading teams to oversee quality control systems; 3. Priority will be given to those with experience as supervisors in the food delivery industry; 4. Possess certain capabilities in business management product construction and optimization, and can effectively collaborate with various departments to actively promote business implementation.
