Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer. The HSE Officer will oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure workplace compliance with regulations and best practices. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing safety programs, training employees in safety standards, and investigating incidents to identify root causes and reinforce prevention strategies. Additionally, the HSE Officer will work collaboratively with teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and maintaining Workplace Safety standards
- Proficiency in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices and compliance
- Experience in Occupational Health and understanding related guidelines
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Familiarity with regional safety regulations and environmental policies
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related
