Restaurant Supervisor
for its
luxury Lebanese restaurant
. The ideal candidate must bring extensive experience from high-end Lebanese cuisine outlets and demonstrate strong leadership, service excellence, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Lebanese restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and authentic Lebanese dining experiences.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that encourages team development and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Restaurant Supervisor
    or similar role in
    high-end Lebanese cuisine outlets
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Lebanese food, culture, and dining etiquette.
  • Previous experience in a
    luxury or 5-star hospitality environment
    is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure.
