Role Purpose:

To create integrated BIM models, prepare Architectural drawings, steel shop drawings, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors to support design, detailing and construction processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Quantify and prepare
    BOQs
    , reports, and as-built documentation according to project standards.
  • Implement design modifications, update drawings, and maintain document control records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying
    international best practices
    in design and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with
    safety, quality, and environmental policies
    to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in the
    steel structure or construction industry
    .
  • Good in
    TEKLA& Very good in REVIT
    , and
    AutoCAD
    for steel detailing and BIM modelling.
  • Strong ability to
    interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    BIM workflows
    ,
    fabrication
    , and
    erection standards
    .
  • Excellent
    coordination, problem-solving, and communication
    skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to
    work under pressure
    and meet tight deadlines.
