They are now looking for an experienced and visionary
General Manager – Vehicle Sales
to lead the national sales operations and drive strategic growth for our brand across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic and operational sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets across retail, dealer, and fleet channels.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery, invoicing, and strong customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes, inventory management, and marketing activities.
  • Drive network expansion and strengthen relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Promote compliance, operational excellence, and brand reputation across all levels of the sales organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel sales operations (retail, fleet, dealer).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and operations management principles.
