We are looking for a reliable and proactive Dispatcher to join our Last-Mile operations team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing delivery orders, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth, on-time operations across all routes.

Key Responsibilities:


•Assign and dispatch delivery orders to drivers efficiently.


•Monitor live deliveries to ensure timely performance and issue resolution.


•Communicate with drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams for real-time updates.


•Track and record delivery data using dispatch systems.


•Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and driver productivity.


•Support operations in achieving on-time delivery KPIs.

Requirements:


•Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or delivery/last-mile operations.


•Strong communication and coordination skills.


•Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or dispatching software).


•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.


•Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if needed).


•Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.
