Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eastern Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned construction and mechanical projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead project teams to deliver successful project outcomes aligned with the company's goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
  • Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve challenges effectively
  • Understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
  • Experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical, or related industries is highly desirable
