Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Legal Assistant will support lawyers with preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case management. Additional day-to-day tasks include handling administrative responsibilities, supporting client communications, maintaining an organized filing system, and assisting in managing legal databases. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in managing assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in legal practices, knowledge of law, and experience with legal document preparation
  • Strong organizational and administrative assistance skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client interactions professionally
  • Prior experience in a Legal Assistant or similar role
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage
