Role Overview

We are seeking a
B2B Sales Specialist
with a strong track record in securing
landscaping projects and contracts
. The ideal candidate will be
technically proficient
, a
strategic thinker
, and a
natural relationship-builder
with access to a robust client network.

This is not a typical sales role – we are looking for a deal-closer who understands the technical side of landscaping projects and can
drive revenue by bringing in high-value contracts
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue
    new B2B opportunities
    specifically in the
    landscaping industry
    .
  • Build and maintain
    strong relationships
    with clients, consultants, and government/private sector stakeholders.
  • Present technical proposals and
    pitch landscaping solutions
    tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the
    contract negotiation process
    and close high-value deals.
  • Stay up to date with
    market trends
    , project tenders, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Manage and grow a
    qualified client portfolio
    .

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    B2B sales for landscaping, construction, or facility management sectors
    .
  • Strong technical understanding of
    landscape architecture, irrigation systems, soft & hard landscaping
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Existing
    client relationships and a strong network
    within government entities, developers, or consultants.
  • High-level
    sales planning and reporting skills
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
