Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
B2B Sales Executive
based in
Riyadh, KSA
, to drive business growth by promoting our corporate training and development solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience managing enterprise client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B clients across industries.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions for client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of B2B sales experience
    , preferably in
    training, learning & development, or IT services
    .
  • Strong
    pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication in English and Arabic
    .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
