Receptionist
will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, coordinating appointments and meetings, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide efficient administrative support to facilitate smooth business operations.
Work days:
Sunday to Thursday.
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Great and welcome visitors in warm and professional manners, and direct them to appropriate department or person.
Answer and forward incoming calls.
Handle general inquiries via phone, mails, or in person.
Qualifications
Nationality : Saudi.
High school diploma or above.
Computer skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
