ROLE SUMMA**
RYThe primary purpose of the Area Manager role is managing and developing the store teams, in line with the strategic plan set by the brand and the company, providing managerial direction for the success of the stores, directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs. The role is responsible to ensure Retail Store Standards are at the highest level and to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of store operations that provides the custom
