Role Overview:

As the Delivery Manager at Master Team, you will be a pivotal force in driving project success. You will oversee end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring seamless coordination, resource allocation, and timely execution. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving project milestones, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Allocate tasks to team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring progress.
  • Mitigate risks and solve issues that arise during project execution.
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies.
  • Champion effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Drive accountability and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the delivery cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 2+ years in delivery management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
