We are seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
with a strong background in the
banking domain
, possessing at least
3–4 years of continuous experience managing large-scale banking projects
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling
multiple complex projects simultaneously
, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. This is a
hybrid role
, requiring the candidate to be
based in Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale banking and financial services projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and operations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and report on progress.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards specific to the banking industry.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across business units and external vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance.
  • Lead project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience
    , with at least
    3–4 years managing a single large-scale banking project
    .
  • Demonstrated experience managing
    multiple projects simultaneously
    in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    core banking systems
    , digital banking platforms, and financial services operations.
  • Proficiency in
    project management methodologies
    (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
    is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with
    banks or financial institutions in the GCC region
    , especially Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with
    regulatory frameworks
    such as SAMA guidelines.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a plus.
