Role Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team in Dammam. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, investigating accidents, providing safety training, and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace. The Safety Officer will collaborate with various teams to ensure an environment that prioritizes health, safety, and security standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
- Certifications: Undergoing specialized safety courses (OSHA-IOSH-NEBOSH)
- Skills in Accident Investigation to determine causation and prevent future incidents
- Knowledge of Security and Safety Training processes
- Strong ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree or specialized diploma in occupational safety and health.
