Operations Officer
to join our fast-growing and challenging organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the allocation of Lines/Cargo Flow and the vessel in close contacts with all team management and partners.
  • Share the BTL with all Partners.
  • Responsible for Max. Cargo intake and optimum voyage planning taking vessel safety, crane split, port restrictions.
  • Sending AGW to the Ship Manager.
  • After getting approval from Ho Cargo flow sending booking to Partners.
  • Sending DG/RFR/OOG Documents well in advance to Vessel Command.
  • Routing, ensure that routing instructed are followed.
  • COD/OOG follow up with Transshipment team.
  • Booking report, projections and analysis that will give the filling factor tendency to Line Management, commercial team and Operation Managers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with stevedores and make sure that the plan is followed for loading and unloading cargo to assure safety, appropriately maximize stowage.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
  • 2 -5 Years experience / relevant experience in the Shipping line industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Attention to details, highly organized and committed.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasker who works well in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer, software, and IT applications skills
