Job Summary

We are seeking a Driver Sales Representative with a strong background in retail and modern trade and a solid understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The role combines direct sales execution with delivery operations, ensuring excellent customer service, route efficiency, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute daily sales and delivery activities within assigned routes.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and modern trade customers.


• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution in existing and new outlets.


• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and visibility at customer locations.


• Collect payments, manage invoices, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.


• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to optimize route planning and service levels.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications


• Proven experience in driver sales, route sales, or field sales within the F&B industry.


• Strong background in retail and modern trade channels.


• Clear understanding of FMCG sales operations, distribution, and merchandising.


• Valid driving license (light or heavy vehicle as applicable).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.


• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.


• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and handheld sales systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills


• Experience dealing with supermarkets, convenience stores, and key retail accounts.


• Good time management and route optimization skills.


• Professional attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
