Your Job

As a Project Coordinator within the Execution Team at Koch Engineered Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of complex industrial projects, including maintenance turnarounds, revamps, expansions, and new installation projects.

What You Will Do

  • You will coordinate project activities, facilitate communication between teams, and help drive project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution plans to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Assist project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress using project management tools.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, construction, and quality to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project documentation, including status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Support risk management by identifying issues and escalating as necessary.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain and update project records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Help track project costs and support budget monitoring activities.
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies during project execution.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Exposure to industrial project environments, preferably in EPC, construction, or oil and gas projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Desired Skills Familiarity with Koch's Principle-Based Management culture.
  • Understanding of industrial construction and turnaround project lifecycles.
  • Basic knowledge of cost estimation, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to coordination and follow-up.
