Key Responsibilities:
• Identify client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site and client visits to explore new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects, and report insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to fulfill client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and attract new clients in the constructionr
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related technical role (preferably in construction or contracting).
• Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province construction market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of engineering software is a plus.
• Valid driving license.
