Sales Development Representative

Xoxoday is expanding in Saudi Arabia, and we're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help build and accelerate our pipeline for our rewards, incentives, and loyalty solutions.
If you enjoy outbound prospecting, talking to decision-makers, and living inside HubSpot, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create
new qualified sales opportunities
in target accounts via outbound calling for our Account Executives. - Work closely with your
AE counterpart
to prioritize accounts, run research, and structure prospecting activities. - Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop
target accounts into sales-ready leads and opportunities. - Interact with and nurture prospects via
phone, LinkedIn, and email
. - Meet and exceed your
daily outbound outreach quota
. - Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
- Handle and overcome objections
confidently and professionally. - Keep all activities and lead data
accurately updated in HubSpot CRM
. - Consistently achieve
qualified opportunity quotas
to support overall sales targets.
Requirements
- A
self-starter
with a clear track record of successful lead generation and follow-up for sales development. - 2–5 years
of experience in
B2B sales / SDR / Tele sales
. - Proven experience with
HubSpot CRM
. - Strong
opportunity qualification
and
objection handling
skills. - Solid
call structure and control
; comfortable with high-volume cold calling. - Proven track record achieving prospecting goals in an
automated, CRM-driven sales environment
. - Ability to thrive in a
high-energy sales team environment
. - Positive and energetic phone presence,
excellent listening
, and
strong writing skills
. - Proficient with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail,
MS Office
). - SaaS industry experience is required.
- Understanding of rewards, incentives, and gift card industry
is a strong plus.
Education
- College degree in a relevant field
or equivalent experience.
Hybrid working model for Riyadh residents / Remote for all other cities in Saudi Arabia
