"Senior Presales Engineer / Data Center Technologies"

Location :
Egypt

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.

  • Design, present, and demonstrate data center infrastructure and backup solutions using Dell, HPE, Veeam, and Veritas technologies.

  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations.

Develop proposals, including solution architecture, BOMs, and pricing.

  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution testing to validate customer requirements.

  • Assist the Sales team with completing RFP / proposal documents.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience working with a System Integrator as a Presales Engineer.

  • Hands-on expertise in Dell and HPE server, storage.

  • Strong knowledge of backup and recovery technologies, specifically Veeam and Veritas.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.

  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and proposals.

Certifications in relevant technologies is preferred
