Key Responsibilities
Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators to ensure a harmonious operational environment.Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and operators, addressing concerns, queries, and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalah's services.Coordinate with various departments within the Property Management Team to ensure that tenant and operator needs are met promptly and efficiently.Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that relationship management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship management processes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in relationship management processes.

Successful establishment and management of positive relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators that uphold Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards.Effective coordination and communication that contributes to tenant and operator satisfaction.Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding relationship management initiatives. 

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing relationships within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment, preferably with F&B, retail, and hotel sectors.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.Experience in leveraging technology to enhance relationship management processes.Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards. 

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Professional certifications in relationship management or a related field are preferred.
