In our project developing in Jubail (50 minutes to Jubail city center, 40 minutes to Dammam), we are looking to welcome a Construction Mechanical Supervisor (Rotary) to our team

Job Description:

The Construction Mechanical Supervisor (Rotary) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the rotary equipment team during the construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases. The role ensures that all rotary equipment is installed, preserved, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, safety requirements, and approved schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation and construction activities related to rotary equipment.
  • Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for rotary systems.
  • Ensure proper execution of alignment, lube oil flushing, preservation, box-up, seal installation, and related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project procedures, and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress to ensure activities are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
  • Report construction status, issues, and corrective actions to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with rotary equipment in construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
  • Strong knowledge of rotary equipment installation, alignment, lube oil systems, flushing, preservation, box-up, and sealing.
  • Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-discipline project environment.
