Manager, Finance BP Budgeting & Rep located in
Jubail.
Job purpose:
Responsible for maintaining all transactions in a defined area e.g. reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with all company policies, processes, procedures and internal controls and international accounting standards, as well as prepare accounting/analysis reports.
Role responsibilities:
- Provides professional guidance and support on issues relating to financial management.
- Analyses financial reports to identify and reports on variances.
- Produces reports from statistical and financial information according to stated schedules.
- Ensures all data recorded in financial systems is accurate so that financial reports and reconciliations can be relied upon.
- Prepares timely and accurate financial reports for management on an ongoing basis.
- Checks all documentation to ensure they are in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Coordinates with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of data and accuracy of information.
- Perform other analyses and reporting within the scope, if and when required by the management.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- +3 years' experience in Finance Business Partner or other relevant fields.
Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft office.
- Excellent in English.
- Analytical interpretation of accounts.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
