  • ntrols.Manage Technical Assistance provided to the Petchem Operating Plants (Cracker, HDPE, Derivatives & Supporting Units). Take all necessary initiative/actions to improve the safety, availability, productivity and to reduce the costs. Coordinate and lead the performance testing and plant trials. Arrange assistance in troubleshooting plant
  • issues.Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the plant operations, processes and practices. Initiate and guide new studies (process improvement, catalyst replacement, etc.) to overcome bottlenecks in the Plants. Advise for the implementation of new techno
  • logies.Manage and Administer the Technical Services Agreements with Licensors. Lead the effective coordination of all technical support programs from Licensors, Vendors, and Consu
  • ltants.Oversee all feasibility studies, major and minor modifications to improve plant process safety, environmental compliance and ope
